  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory.
  • Assist with software updates, patches, and routine system maintenance.
  • Document technical problems and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Support basic network setup and ongoing maintenance tasks.
  • Educate users on cybersecurity best practices to reduce risks.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams when needed.
