We are hiring an experienced IT Support Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Handling support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and end-user hardware
- Assessing and pre-qualifying incidents and service requests for the IT back-end team
- Assisting in the implementation and enhancement of optimization measures
Your Profile:
- Completed IT-related training or strong IT affinity
- Experience in IT support or a strong interest in technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German, ideally with English skills
