Robbins-Gioia is seeking a We are a motivated Junior IT Support & Compliance Assistant. This is a true entry-level role designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in both corporate IT support and defense-sector cybersecurity.

You will split your time between helping our team with everyday tech issues and tackling the administrative paperwork, tracking, and organization needed for our upcoming CMMC 2.0 Level 2 (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) assessment. If you are incredibly organized, love technology, and want to break into the high-demand field of federal cyber-compliance, we will train you on the rest.

  • Evidence Gathering: Collect and organize "proof" for our security audits (e.g., taking screenshots of secure configurations, downloading system logs, and organizing files).
  • Document Formatting: Help update and format our System Security Plans (SSPs) and company IT policy manuals.
  • Training Tracker: Send out mandatory cybersecurity training modules to employees and track completion dates to ensure 100% compliance.
  • User Audits: Help run monthly checklists to ensure only active employees have access to company folders and systems.
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A Detail-Oriented Mindset: You enjoy spreadsheets, checklist satisfaction, and keeping files organized.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write clear emails to staff and help document step-by-step technical rules.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
