The EMC Testing Engineer will perform EMC testing, analyze failures, generate reports, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with automotive standards.

Lead Innoviz's greenfield commercial expansion into the European defense and security market. Own the full sales cycle with defense integrators, primes, and government-adjacent customers; translate platform requirements into sensing solutions; develop account and capture strategies; manage CRM, forecasts, and represent Innoviz at industry events across Europe.

Develop and maintain Python-based software for LiDAR calibration, characterization, and production-line automation. Build algorithms, automation, UIs, and infrastructure; analyze failures, improve processes, and contribute to architecture, testing, and documentation while collaborating across software, hardware, optics, mechanics, and systems teams.

Perform thermal, CFD, and structural (modal, PSD, shock, thermo-structural) simulations of optomechanical assemblies using FEA tools (Ansys). Analyze in-vehicle installation for thermal and stiffness, perform hands-on thermal validation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams.

Design, implement, and test real-time embedded firmware for multi-core ASIC devices; collaborate with architects, hardware and test engineers; follow automotive quality, safety and security standards; use C and embedded concepts (interrupts, memory management); maintain documentation and use configuration and defect-tracking tools.

Lead end-to-end investigations of complex system and production failures across electronics, optics, mechanics, firmware, and manufacturing. Reproduce and debug failures in lab and production, perform data analysis to find root causes, define corrective actions with cross-functional teams, support field returns and reliability efforts, and improve failure-analysis tools and documentation.
