Job Description- Responsible for operations and maintenance of IT Systems.
- Responsible for knowledge sharing meetings in own area of expertise.
- Contributes to process improvement.
- Contributes to work instructions & training materials.
- Contributes to work packages in a project.
- Responsible for implementation of technical solutions for IT Systems.
- Respects the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the company.
- Follows the instructions and requirements of management personnel inside the company.
- Respects Internal Regulations and company's procedures.
- Takes part in central/global One IT projects.
- Respects information security and data protection regulations.
- Knows company quality policy and the impact of his activities in achieving quality targets.
- Respects specific laws and internal regulations connected to company's environment policy.
- For Safety relevant projects: the related tasks will be fulfilled according to the internal Safety Management Procedures/ Methods.
- Control safety criteria in own area of responsibility.
- Develop, introduce and drive measures in order to avoid safety cases.
- Knowledge of the IT support processes (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, and familiarity with iOS and Linux.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
