Responsibilities:
- Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
- Managing users and permissions of cloud based products.
- Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies.
- Onboarding and offboarding process.
- Managing computers and peripheral equipment
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a help desk specialist in a cloud-based environment.
- Service-oriented, patience and independent
- Fast learner
- Strong understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment
- Experience supporting Mac’s
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira administration) - advantage.
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of cloud environments - advantage
- Familiarity with G suite - advantage
- Basic scripting skills (Powershell, Bash or Python) – advantage
