Our IT Support Team is responsible for providing all employees with the hardware and software they need to perform the best work of their lives, assisting folks throughout the organization with any technical support issues or questions they may have.
We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our global Lightspeed team in Tbilisi.
As part of our Worldwide IT Support crew, you’ll play a key role in supporting all Ecwid by Lightspeed employees, both in-office and remote.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with:
- Mac & Windows computers
- GSuite and/or O365 administration,
- Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication (e.g. Okta, OneLogin),
- Service Desk Platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.),
- Mobile Device Management (e.g. JAMF)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian, Georgian and English
- Residents in Tbilisi
- May be required to travel to Yerevan
Customer-first mindset and empathetic listener
- Reliable team player with strong troubleshooting and follow-through skills
Main responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (setup, replacement, repair).
- Provide employees with access to information resources and IT services.
- Maintain functional setups for desks, meeting rooms, and office infrastructure.
- Track, document, and manage issues via the service desk.
- Keep IT asset inventory accurate and up to date.
