About the team: You will be part of a small and agile IT team within a diverse and engaging work environment. The team is divided between the Copenhagen and US offices. The focus of this team is supporting the organization to develop, maintain, and optimize a modern workplace while keeping company data secured in a Zero-Trust-Environment.

This role is based in our Copenhagen office and is a primarily "in-office" position.

About the role:

We're looking for a service-minded professional who enjoys assisting users with IT software and hardware challenges and is ready to take their career to the next level by embracing backend and system administration tasks. This role is ideal for an experienced IT supporter eager to expand their skills and take on new responsibilities. If you have a strong foundation in IT support and are enthusiastic about learning to manage modern IT environments, including Entra, Azure, and Intune, this position offers the ideal opportunity. Our team will provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you grow into the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage Intune, Azure, and our Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Manage devices and users via Intune and Entra.
  • Set up and maintain computers, software deployments, and configurations.
  • Purchase IT equipment and keep asset Inventory up to date.
  • Create and maintain guides and articles for our self-service site.
  • Run, and participate in, IT projects.
  • Execute best practices in all our operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, SOC, ISO, and GDPR security standards.
  • Design, test, and deploy configuration and security policies, focusing on secure, scalable endpoint management and data security.

Expect about five days of travel per year to our Berlin and Eindhoven offices. These trips are for local IT projects and maintaining the local IT setup.

  • You are an experienced IT supporter who is eager to develop your skills within Intune, Azure and Entra.
  • You enjoy working with hardware and software and are ready to expand your skills in both areas.
  • You are service-minded, and helping others comes naturally to you.
  • You are a structured, responsible, open-minded team player who takes the initiative and gets stuff done.
  • You have a positive mindset and attitude.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
