IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist works in a fast paced, collaborative environment that will keep you challenged and engaged in finding the best way to solve IT problems for our corporate team. This opportunity provides you with the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment while also building IT skills to grow your career. You will work closely with the IT Team to ensure that all technical and deployed IT solutions are working to Asset Living’s approved specifications. The IT Support Specialist will serve as the owner of technical problems and will address and/or escalate to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The IT Support Specialist is also responsible for the execution of technology product testing and project plans as it relates to Asset Living’s technology infrastructure. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to all requests from our corporate team - remote and onsite.
  • Respond to requests, providing/implementing solution.
  • Lifecycle management – Provisioning new accounts and imaging computers.
  • Lifecycle management – Deprovisioning accounts and computers.
  • Perform provisioning, onboarding and deprovisioning, offboarding.
  • Processing and resolving customer's issues using communication methods such as service desk, telephone, e-mail, teams, etc.
  • Assist in acquisition migrations.
  • Perform onboarding orientations.
  • Identifying trends and providing status updates on projects.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors technical problems with the intent of ensuring timely resolutions.

Education & Experience 

  • Proficiency in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft 365 Cloud systems (Office 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Proficiency in Windows 11
  • Basic PC Troubleshooting skills required
  • Basic PC installation and configuration experience required
  • Microsoft Windows platform troubleshooting skills preferred
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills required
  • Associates degree, Trade certification or High School diploma with equivalent experience
