THE DAY TO DAY

Oversee the operations of the dealership-wide computer system and related peripherals

Coordinate with third-party vendors to monitor and maintain the network, directories, phone, and security systems

Install desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software for networked and standalone environments

Coordinate IT equipment installation and maintenance with department managers to minimize disruption

Detect, diagnose, and resolve desktop and laptop hardware/software issues

Analyze IT service requests and provide prompt, effective solutions

Conduct IT audits as assigned

Communicate clearly with users via phone, email, and in person

Qualifications

THE RIGHT FIT

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–4 years of IT support or systems administration experience

Working knowledge of Windows desktop environments, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), and Active Directory

Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred

Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

A self-motivated professional comfortable handling complex technical assignments with general guidance, who brings good judgment, initiative, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
