Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist is the first point of contact for technology support across good2grow's Auburndale Bottling Plant and Warehouse. This role owns the inbound help desk queue and handles day-to-day support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and the applications people rely on. It also manages the device and asset lifecycle, supports plant and facility technology, administers Active Directory and Microsoft 365 accounts and access, and supports food safety and FSSC 22000 compliance activities.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Front line for all help desk requests by ticket, phone, Teams, or walk-up
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business applications
- Support printing, Intune devices, VPN, telephony, network, and security triage
- Own the inbound queue — categorize and prioritize every request
- Resolve what is in scope; escalate the rest with complete detail
- Meet published response and resolution targets; maintain how-to guides
- Order, receive, deploy, configure, and retire workstations and mobile devices
- Maintain asset records so inventory, warranty, and license data stay accurate
- Open manufacturer warranty cases and see repairs through to closure
- Support shop floor kiosks, label printers, and barcode scanners
- Administer access control and video — badging, credentials, doors, cameras
- Install and administer conference room AV, digital signage, and paging
- Active Directory password resets, unlocks, and account lifecycle changes
- Manage file share permissions and security group membership
- Document access changes for audit and compliance
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ticket quality — accurate categorization, documentation, and routing
- End user satisfaction — survey results and feedback on closed tickets
- Asset inventory accuracy — physical asset reconciles to the recorded inventory
Travel:
- Travel between the Auburndale and Winter Haven facilities a few times a month, periodically transporting IT equipment such as monitors and boxed hardware by personal vehicle.
- Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate
- No overnight or out-of-region travel required
Education/Experience
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office in a business environment
- Basic understanding of networking and the tools used to troubleshoot connectivity issues, and comfortable working inside a PC or laptop for basic component replacement
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship, and able to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred:
- College-level coursework in a computer related field, or a CompTIA A+, MS-900, or similar certification (or progress toward one)
- Experience with any of the tools in use here — NinjaOne, Freshservice, PaperCut print management, Avigilon Alta Access and Alta Video (formerly Openpath), or Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or plant environment experience
- Basic PowerShell familiarity
