Provide technical support for Ubuntu users.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
Manage and resolve support tickets (SMT) efficiently.
Execute Linux commands for system maintenance and configuration.
Assist with setup and deployment of new Ubuntu systems.
Document solutions and ensure compliance with IT protocols. Job requirement:
2-3 years of IT support experience with Ubuntu/Linux systems.
Proficiency in Linux command-line and troubleshooting.
Experience managing support tickets and meeting SLAs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
BE/BTech
