At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
IT Support Specialist (IC3)We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to own access provisioning, help desk operations, and device management across Moxie — keeping our infrastructure and tooling running smoothly as we scale.
You'll also be stepping into a role with real autonomy: you'll build the documentation and processes that let IT scale without adding chaos, and you'll be a trusted first line of defense that frees up senior leadership to focus on compliance and security work. Moxie is on the path to SOC2/HIPAA certification, and this role plays a direct part in getting us there — every access request you process and every runbook you write becomes part of an audit-ready system of record.
Our objectives for the role
Fully own the access request queue — from intake and manager-approval validation through provisioning and closure — and become the primary point of contact for IT help desk requests across the company
Build and maintain IT runbooks and documentation that measurably reduce repeat ticket volume, rather than just resolving issues one at a time
Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and device setup
Improve access provisioning and ticket resolution times while maintaining complete, audit-ready documentation for compliance readiness
Partner closely with Technical Operations, People, and Finance to flag systemic issues, policy gaps, and tooling improvements — and surface any unusual access patterns that could signal a security risk
We're looking for:
Hands-on experience with workplace IT operations — ticketing systems, device management/MDM tools, identity and access management, and cloud infrastructure — and the ability to get comfortable quickly in a new stack
Strong judgment under ambiguity: you know when a request is routine versus when it needs escalation, particularly around sensitive data access, and you don't guess when the stakes are high
A track record of turning repeated manual work into documentation or process that actually reduces future ticket volume, not just documentation for its own sake
Comfort owning a queue independently, with minimal oversight, while still surfacing problems, gaps, and risks proactively rather than letting them sit
Clear, calm communication with people across the company who are not technical, especially when something is broken and someone's blocked
Why Join Us?
This is real ownership: you'll be the operational backbone of IT at a fast-growing company, not one of several people sharing a queue
Deep exposure to a modern SaaS infrastructure stack, with a front-row seat to a company building toward SOC2/HIPAA certification
A path to grow into a senior IT or security operations role as Moxie scales
At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.

What We Do
Medspas are booming, and are often a path for individual nurses to become business owners. We believe that’s a good thing for them, their communities, local economies, and clients. We unlock the entrepreneurial opportunity in aesthetics for those with the moxie to take the leap. Moxie gives aesthetic entrepreneurs everything they need to successfully compete (and win) against even the biggest medspa chains—including a strategic partner, a purpose-built medspa management platform, and unmatched pricing power on injectables, supplies, and more. Today, Moxie has helped more than 250 aesthetic entrepreneurs—90%+ of which are female first-time business owners—successfully launch, run, and grow their own independent medspas. We are a healthy, grown-up but early-stage company, and operate remote-first. Learn more: www.joinmoxie.com
