We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist who will play a key role in keeping our systems, devices, and operations running reliably.

• You will be the person who keeps operations running when technology works, everything else works.

• You will work with a wide range of technologies, from laptops and printers to handheld scanners, mobile devices and warehouse systems.

• Your work will have a direct operational impact every issue you solve helps teams work faster and ensures customers receive their orders on time.

• You will collaborate with teams across warehouses and offices, supporting both operational and business environments.

• You will gain exposure to different technologies including device management, SaaS tools, networking and IT infrastructure.

Your mission is simple: keep our technology running smoothly so our teams can focus on delivering great service to our customers.

You will install, configure and maintain end-user devices, troubleshoot technical issues and provide reliable IT support to colleagues across the company.

You will:

• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, PDAs and mobile devices.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

• Provide user support and resolve technical requests through the ticketing system.

• Monitor local network infrastructure and escalate issues when needed.

• Coordinate external repairs and vendor support when required.

• Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.

• 1 - 2 years of IT support experience.

• Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems.

• Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.

• Basic networking knowledge.

• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.

• Good working level of English. German is a Plus.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with MDM solutions, Linux systems or VoIP tools.

• Experience with warehouse devices such as scanners, printers and PDAs.

• Experience with identity and access management systems like Okta.
