Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you as an IT Support Engineer will be responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting IT infrastructure, including computing equipment, communication systems, and Office 365 across our operations. You will ensure system availability, provide technical support, and contribute to IT projects while maintaining operational continuity and user satisfaction.
In this role, you will support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the stability and security of systems, while aligning with Littelfuse standards and global IT practices.
About the Job:Provide support for servers running MS Windows (2012/2016/2019) and Active Directory environments.
Deliver technical support for end-user systems including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and enterprise tools such as SAP, Citrix, and Ivanti.
Ensure 24/7 availability and support of the IT environment, including desktops, laptops, network infrastructure, remote access, and communication systems.
Execute backup and restore processes for critical systems and servers.
Install, configure, and support access control systems and CCTV (IP-based).
Maintain cybersecurity standards, including antivirus protection and data encryption.
Support VPN and secure access tools (e.g., OKTA) for remote users.
Monitor network performance using NMS tools and ensure system reliability.
Manage IT inventory and maintain accurate records.
Utilize Service Desk tools to track, manage, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for hardware and software systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams and support the implementation of new business systems.
Support IT projects and collaborate with external vendors when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, and systems administration.
Experience supporting servers, end-user computing, and enterprise IT environments.
Basic knowledge of server administration and Microsoft platforms.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Flexibility to support business needs as required .
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
