Superlanet is seeking an experienced Information
Technology Manager to lead our technology operations, infrastructure, and
IT service delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliable,
secure, and scalable technology solutions while supporting business growth and
operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure,
and service delivery.
- Manage technology vendors, contracts,
licensing, and support partners.
- Develop and execute technology strategies that
align with business goals.
- Oversee cloud technologies, networks,
cybersecurity, servers, and end-user systems.
- Manage IT projects, technology roadmaps, and
operational priorities.
- Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs,
and budgets.
- Partner with business leaders to identify
technology solutions and service improvements.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop IT team members.
- Drive process improvements, automation
initiatives, and technology modernization efforts.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+
years of IT leadership or management experience.
- Strong
background in infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and
cybersecurity.
- Experience
managing vendors, budgets, and technology projects.
- Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's
degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and
professional experience may be considered.

Working Conditions
- Primarily
office-based with occasional travel between organizational locations.
- May
require after-hours or on-call support for critical systems and business
operations.
- Ability
to work in environments requiring occasional movement of technology equipment.
- Occasional
lifting, carrying, and installation of technology equipment may be required.
Benefits
Base pay $100,000-$130,000
Subsidized medical benefits.
2 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays.
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or IT Operations
- Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPNs)
- Experience with user account administration and SaaS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Valid passport and ability to travel regularly between San Diego and Tijuana
- Experience supporting a growing business or startup environment
- Experience setting up technology for a new office location
- Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), or endpoint management tools
- Experience working with vendors and technology procurement
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Healthcare or professional services experience
