Job Description

  • Setup, configuration and maintenance of notebooks, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware
  • Administration of local infrastructure - MacOS, Windows, Cisco Infrastructure (Access Points, Routers)
  • Management of accounts and access rights (G Suite, VPN access, etc.)
  • Further development of the IT infrastructure and IT processes for a rapidly growing company and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
  • Development and establishment of a centralized identification and authentication platform
  • Handling of complex service requests for your colleague in the context of 1st and 2nd level support 
  • Creation of technical documentation and reports
  • Hardware selection and management

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
  • Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g. Okta) as well as endpoint management solutions (e.g. VMWare Workspace One) is a plus
