Purpose/Role:
Provide support off and on site of IT systems (ex. O365, Intune, Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive), assets (ex. laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, conferencing equipment) and desktop software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to user support requests and general IT Support tickets.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
• Onboarding new users and assisting with initial set up of systems.
• Managing new hardware deployments.
• Support escalations from other technical resources.

Qualifications:
• Experience supporting US-based employees. 
• Experience with current Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft desktop software including Outlook, Teams, and Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Experience with Onboarding/Offboarding users in a Microsoft 365 environment. 
• Basic experience with Office 365 administration, Exchange mailbox management, Calendar management and basic Powershell scripting skills.
• Experience with device management leveraging Microsoft Intune or other similar management software.
• Experience with maintaining and creating end user & technical documentation.
