About This Role:
As an IT Support Intern at Binance.US, you’ll be embedded within our IT Operations team, reporting to the Director of Security Operations. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting internal systems and end-user technology, contributing to operational excellence across the organization. This internship offers exposure to identity and access management, enterprise productivity platforms, endpoint management, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Security, Compliance, People, and Engineering.
Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization.
Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner.
Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to systems.
Manage user accounts and permissions, primarily through Okta
Configure and manage mobile devices using an MDM platform.
Specific Tool Expertise:
Administer and maintain Okta for user lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization.
Configure and customize Slack for team communication and integrate it with other tools.
Manage resources and services within enterprise productivity suites such as Google.
Jira Service Management for ticketing.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Working towards or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with MacOS and Chromebooks.
Familiarity with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Technical Skills: Understanding of operating systems, networking, enterprise productivity tools, and identity management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage tasks meticulously and ensure accuracy.
Salary:
The pay for this role is USD$30.00 per hour for all US remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
