As an IT Supporter intern in Radiometer, you will assist in supporting and maintaining our internal associates with 1st and 2nd level IT challenges and requests. It is expected that you act with integrity and has an open and welcoming mindset with focus on helping our users with daily IT issues.
This position is a is part of the Global IT Support department, so you will be working in a global environment collaborating with colleagues around the world, to provide the best IT support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage:
Hands-on and remote IT support to end-users in our global environment.
Administration of user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.
Procurement, installation & troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.
Network patching and general hardware support.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Undergoing an IT Supporter or Data Technician education.
Language requirements: English fluently in speech and writing.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Great communication skills and meet the users at their level.
General curiosity in IT technology and troubleshooting.
The position is a 2 year internship and is offered as an on-site position. Individual agreement can be made with local manager for limited hybrid work. The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within Radiometer group. Travel expected is less than 10%.
