About the role

Join our IT team in Guadalajara for a structured, 12-week immersive program designed to turn foundational knowledge into professional expertise. Seeking an intern who wishes to gain real-world experience with the various activities within a SaaS company. You’ll work on meaningful projects directly related to key Crunchtime business goals. Supporting internal employees and giving support to different departments.

What you’ll do as an IT Support Intern
  • Provide day-to-day IT operational support.
  • Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.
  • Document procedures, guidelines, and projects in which you are participating. 
  • Participate in designing and implementing IT processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure an effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Evaluate existing processes and translate opportunities into technical requirements, logic, and code.
  • Provide advice, evidence, and guidance during audit engagements.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting client issues and efficiently providing long-term solutions and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS / UNIX /Windows). 
  • Knowledge of common software applications (Microsoft 365, browsers, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
Nice to haves
  • Mobile Device Management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
