We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Support & Help Desk Coordinator to join our company for a full-time engagement on-site at a public authority in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Responsibilities- Provide daily on-site IT support for the client’s users and systems;
- Coordinate the client’s help desk service, including managing tickets, priorities, and escalations;
- Act as a liaison between end users, IT teams, and service providers;
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain clear documentation of support activities;
- Provide basic training or guidance to users when needed;
- Monitor system health and report technical issues or risks.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems coordination roles;
- Solid understanding of common desktop and office environments (Windows, MS Office, email systems, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken);
- Strong problem-solving attitude and a proactive mindset;
- Ability to work independently and professionally in a public sector environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic network or system monitoring tools.
