We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technology Manager to lead and oversee technology support operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage multi-channel support teams, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technology services that align with business objectives. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and managing vendor relationships to support our technology infrastructure and business continuity.
We will count on you to:
Lead and manage technology support teams across multiple channels, ensuring seamless delivery of services and adherence to operational guidelines.
Proactively engage with office leadership, stakeholders, and regional teams to drive technology service interactions and escalate strategic issues as needed.
Provide expert advice, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports, fostering a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team environment.
Oversee vendor relationships, manage budgets, and coordinate local projects such as office moves and acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices while actively managing incident resolution and customer satisfaction.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in senior technology management, including leading multi-channel support teams and managing vendor partnerships.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform P&L analysis, and deliver favourable financial results.
Solid understanding of IT operational processes, business continuity, and compliance requirements.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management within a technology support environment.
