About The Opportunity  

Netrix Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support and service desk assistance for internal users and clients. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative IT team. 

How You Will Make An Impact  
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and service desk tickets, documenting incidents accurately in the ticketing system. 
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed. 
  • Support users with Windows 11, Mac OS, Microsoft 365 (M365), and cloud-based desktop environments (Windows 365 Cloud PC, Azure Virtual Desktop). 
  • Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access rights management. 
  • Provide clear, courteous, and professional customer service to all users. 
  • Monitor system alerts and enforce basic security guidelines. 
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions. 
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and participate in ongoing training.
    What You Will Bring To The Table 
    • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles. 
    • Familiarity with Windows 11, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365 applications. 
    • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. 
    • Customer service orientation and willingness to learn. 

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with service/help desk platforms and remote support tools. 
    • Exposure to cloud desktop environments (Windows 365, AVD). 
    • Documentation and organizational skills. 

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not required).
