With the fast growing business landscape, we are looking for a motivated IT Support and Helpdesk Officer with strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving competencies and customer obsession. Key Responsibilities 

• Provide hands on and remote support to ANZ users for hardware and software 
• Support ANZ IT with projects and upgrades in multiple offices 
• Support ANZ office infrastructure including AV, conferencing and physical security systems 
• Purchasing and asset management 
• Laptop and Mac endpoint builds
• Assist staff with automation projects  
• Administration of sharepoint sites

You Are 

• Customer Service focused 
• Meticulous in your attention to detail 
• Quick learner - require adaptation to ever-changing priorities & broad technology domains  
• Excellent team player - proven ability to resolve problems systematically 
• Willing to occasionally work outside of business hours to support business needs 

You Have  

• 2+ years experience with:
  • Troubleshooting endpoints with systematic analysis on client productivity suites, such as Mac OSX, Windows 11, M365, Teams
  • Working within a helpdesk support environment 
  • Working with MS Power suite; Power BI, Power Automate
  • Administration of sharepoint servers and assisting users with OneDrive
• A working understanding of server environments and networking concepts including WIFI, LAN and WAN 
• The ability to work productively independently and as part of a team 
• The ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment 
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
