Job Description
- Together with the international team, you will be responsible for supporting Internal Bosch users
- You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for software engineering products and services (incident management, problem management, change management)
- You will collaborate with 3rd level support teams for timely closure of tickets
- You will collaborate with product development teams in solving re-occurring incidents (problem management)
- You will support product development team in change management process
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken, written). Ability to lead conversation with customers
- Experience in handling difficult customer conversation, professionally managing customers complains
- Affinity to customer’s satisfaction
- Experiance in collaboration with international team
- 1 – 3 year’s experience in general IT Support
- Readiness to work on no-standard business hours and with on-call-duties
- Motivation for further development into second level support in area of software engineering
- Knowledge in ITIL support processes
- Basic experience with Windows admin
- Basic experience with Linux admin
- Experience with managing DB
