About the Role:
As an IT Support Associate at AIO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and smooth operation of our internal IT systems and infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of end-user support, systems administration, and IT security, providing both hands-on technical assistance and operational support across the organization.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Provide first-level and escalated end-user support, including device setup and maintenance.
- Manage hardware/software inventories and assist with Microsoft 365 (email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, VLANs, and wireless networks.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, and enforce endpoint security via Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor and escalate Microsoft Defender security alerts.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user administration and access control.
- Assist with conditional access policies and identity security practices.
- Maintain records of IT incidents and solutions.
- Assist in drafting SOPs for operations and security compliance.
