What You’ll Do:
Lead and support advanced IT systems engineering for hybrid operations.
Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure (physical, virtual, cloud).
Resolve Service Desk incidents and self-assign escalated tasks within your expertise.
Participate in IT projects, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
Train users and collaborate across departments to deliver efficient IT solutions.
Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years’ experience in most of the following: directory services, systems administration, networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), virtualization (VMWare), cloud computing (AWS, Azure), SAN administration, backup/recovery, scripting (PowerShell), and mobility solutions.
Experience architecting and implementing cloud infrastructures (AWS & Azure).
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Project management ability and stakeholder engagement.
Certifications strongly desired: AWS CSA, AWS CSysOpsA, MCSE Azure, MCSA Azure. Preferred: CCNA, PMP.
