We’re looking for experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team in Archerfield, Brisbane to provide quality IT Desktop support services on a daily basis for all Sime users in conjunction with other IT functions which include providing application support, ticket management and administration activities. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday rotational roster role covering the hours of 6 am – 10 pm (8 hours per shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor & prioritise the Service Desk ticketing system for tickets assigned to the queue, whilst responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service Desk and via escalations from management
- Provide phone support and resolve our customer’s problems and provide remote troubleshooting support on desktop issues
- Document all reported incidents through ITIL practices
- Resolve issues for Level 1 Support and provide equipment and software support where it is part of the service desk remit e.g. mobile phones, tables, phone system, meeting rooms, printers
About You:
You will have solid experience working in a customer-orientated IT Support Analyst Level 1 role, along with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You are solutions-focused, a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised along with a high degree of initiative.
Our ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of MS Windows 10, MS Office 365, O365 Admin Console, VPN, Intune and/or Network Connectivity fundamentals.
If you also have experience working within a similar Level 1 helpdesk role, Tertiary Qualifications in IT, along with exposure to MS Dynamics AX and Warehouse Management Systems (SCALE) your application will be highly regarded!
