As an IT Support Analyst at EdgeUno, with a focus on MDM/Intune, you will play a critical role in supporting our endpoint devices, managing access control, and delivering technical assistance across BSS/OSS platforms. This position is essential to ensuring operational continuity, user satisfaction, and system security.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MDM systems, ensuring alignment with company security policies;
- Oversee access and data governance across internal systems;
- Provide support for endpoint devices, including configuration and troubleshooting;
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle management across the organization;
- Automate and manage security and configuration profiles for corporate assets;
- Ensure service availability and performance across all company platforms;
- Govern and support the functionality of company software and business systems;
- Safeguard internal user data across distributed environments;
- Enhance systems, integrations, and automation opportunities;
- Improve visibility and monitoring of internal assets and their current state.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (completed or in progress);
- English level: B2 or higher;
- Proven experience with helpdesk support, endpoint management, Office 365 administration, Azure Entra ID, and Windows Servers;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with BSS/OSS systems, ERP/CRM platforms, and business application support;
- Proficiency in MacOS and Windows environments and related technologies;
- Intermediate knowledge in system administration and networking protocols (SSH, RDP, LDAP, HTTP/S, SAML, OpenID);
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and information security;
- Commitment to process adherence and continuous improvement.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Hands-on experience with firewall configuration for end-user access and control;
- Certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Networking, or related areas;
- Experience with SAP technologies (B1, HANA, or related);
- Proven background in system administration within Linux-based environments.
