What you will do:
- Provide exceptional support to our final users on their requests and/or issues;
- Run Onboarding / Offboarding processes;
- Update equipment inventory;
- Send/receive equipment to/from repair;
- Send/receive equipment to/from users;
- Grant/revoke access;
- Manage Office Network;
- Basic development;
- Automate existing manual processes;
- Administer Corporate Systems;
- Manage internal processes.
Who you are:
- Technical or bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related knowledge areas;
- Experience in activities on IT/infrastructure support;
- Fluent English;
- Good knowledge of MacOS and/or Linux OS;
- MDM knowledge – JAMF Preferable;
- IAM / SSO knowledge – Okta Preferable;
- Experience with Google Workspace;
- Knowledge of computer Network basic configuration;
- Experience with Microsoft Windows environment;
- Experience with Email server management.
