About the role:


As an IT Support Analyst for Accompany Health, you will be:

-A mission-critical, early part of our growing team (and company).

-Collaborate with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Clinical Teams, to rewire health care: Your partnership will matter, and you will work across multiple teams to help execute our business.

-Drive the change in healthcare: You will build the products to integrate highly fragmented and dispersed healthcare services as an end-to-end experience.

-Be part of building a great engineering culture, maintaining the balance and right tradeoff for building products for speed and tech debt. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively participate in all projects/initiatives that either directly (laptop) or indirectly support our teams and people.
  • Be the main point of contact for all business stakeholders regarding IT strategy needs and concerns.
  • Help Install, configure, administer, monitor, troubleshoot, and support all internal users' hardware (printers, mobile devices, laptops, and local network system) and software (operating systems and enterprise/non-enterprise applications).
  • Provides timely and effective user support by remote or onsite assistance.
  • Manage our SaaS services from provisioning to Access Management.
  • Own IT new hire onboarding, new hire orientation and termination processes.
  • Assists with managing user accounts, mailboxes, user folders, permissions, login scripts, and network group policies.
  • Provision laptops (Primarily Chromebooks & MACs).
  • Provides thorough troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer and network equipment.
  • Write documentation and develop reproducible resolution steps.
  • Stay ahead of 0-day security issues and remediate as soon as possible.
  • Improve and automate processes.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Required
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge in Chromebooks and Macintosh operating systems.
  • Strong experience working as a Google Workspace Administrator
  • Prior experience setting up laptops and understanding of the onboarding/off-boarding process. 
  • Familiar with computer hardware, has hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Working knowledge of network hardware and peripheral equipment.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and familiarity with Telecom Technologies.
  • Working knowledge of identity management, SSO, and popular cloud applications.
  • Experience with enterprise security products.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Be flexible and occasional after-hours project work required.
