We are recruiting an IT Support Analyst as part of a second line team to provide exceptional desk-side customer service to users in our Dublin office and remote customer service to other offices as required.
This role will be office based, from our Dublin office with the role being a 5 day a week on site position, Monday to Friday typically 9am- 5pm however flexibility will be required as per the needs of the role.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Experienced in a customer facing IT support role, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems for routers, switches, servers and UPS equipment and install, configure & support networking devices with specific reference to Cisco hardware.
- Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and deal with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with Windows 10/11, Office 2016+, Microsoft 365, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers and networking devices.
- Comfortable using ticket management and service management systems.
- Show a desire to continue to develop your technical skill set.

Skills Required
- Experience in a customer-facing IT support role, ideally in a corporate environment
