In this role, you'll serve as a trusted technology partner for our corporate employees by providing day-to-day technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring our systems operate efficiently. What You'll Do

As an IT Support Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support and play a key role in maintaining the technology that keeps our business running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, phone, and peripheral equipment problems.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows operating systems, software applications, and business technology solutions.
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Configure user accounts, system settings, permissions, and access rights.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, deploying, and recovering company-issued equipment.
  • Manage and maintain office technology, including computers, printers, mobile devices, conference room technology, and phone systems.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Assist with system upgrades, hardware deployments, software installations, and other IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting printers, office equipment, and end-user devices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user account administration, and basic networking concepts is preferred.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices and collaboration tools is a plus.
