We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the IT Director and be a member of the IT team.
The core responsibility of the of the IT Support Analyst role is to provide first and second level support across all aspects of IT. The role covers incidents and service requests related to hardware, desktop software, local server infrastructure, meeting rooms, and stock management for Norgine sites—not limited to Rueil. Frequent travel will be required.
This will be a permanent role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Contribute to additional IT projects by providing technical expertise and hands-on support for building, configuring, and documenting IT infrastructure.
· Deliver first- and second-level support across all IT infrastructure components.
· Provide IT training when required.
· Manage and track IT purchases in line with approved budgets and forecasts, ensuring timely delivery of IT orders.
· Ensure Service Desk incidents and requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
· Contribute to and follow all IT processes in accordance with IT management requirements.
· Actively participate in both local and global IT projects as directed by IT leadership.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives at both local and global levels.
· Participate in hardware evaluation processes.
· Engage in cybersecurity awareness sessions and other IT-related activities.
· Initiate or contribute to best practice sharing with IT colleagues across teams.
· Build effective relationships with colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality IT service delivery.
· Responsible for Active Directory account administration.
· Provide LAN/WAN support.
· Manage third-party vendors (maintenance and support).
· Frequent travel across Europe.
· Occasional travel and work outside regular hours may be required.
Requirements
· Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
· Strong proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written)
· Proven experience in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies
· Knowledge of GMP and regulatory guidelines is highly desirable
· Good understanding of business processes to enhance operational efficiency
· Experience with Microsoft environments including Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, and Intune
· Helpdesk troubleshooting expertise
· Solid knowledge of ServiceNow
