About the Role:
The IT Support Analyst II is responsible for providing technical assistance to users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of systems. Candidate will handle tasks such as troubleshooting, device configuration, and managing user accounts while maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires a strong technical skill set, effective communications, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
You Will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and service requests.
- Escalate more complex technical service and hardware/software issues within performance standards.
- Configure and install IT users` desktop software and hardware, and LAN printers.
- Document services provided, and shares troubleshooting tips with peer technicians.
- Investigate and troubleshoot individual client connectivity problems.
- Perform basic relocation services for desktop equipment, including coordinating the disposal process and re-deployment of units.
- Perform basic inventory duties to ensure asset related information is accurately captured for inventory reporting purposes and patch management processes.
- Participate in technical pilot and production rollouts, document result and provide input to procedural and support processes being established.
You Have:
- Associate degree
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation
- Proficiency in Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in using remote desktop solutions
- Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
