IT Supply Chain & Sales Manager
Reports to: IT Supply Chain Director
Summary:
We are seeking a visionary IT Supply Chain & Sales Manager to bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and business operations. This role is designed for a strategic professional who can manage IT demand from our Logistics & Sales operations while leveraging a deep understanding of business processes to drive efficiency. You will partner closely with executive leadership and critical resources, ensuring that IT solutions are not just reactive, but forward-looking and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
· Demand Management: Act as the primary interface for the business to understand, capture, and prioritize IT needs across Sales and Strategic Accounts.
· Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate complex work demands and align IT resources with the highest-value business initiatives.
· Business Innovation: Proactively identify and implement emerging IT solutions that improve customer experience and streamline supply chain workflows.
· Forward-Looking Strategy: Anticipate future IT demand by staying ahead of industry trends and evolving business requirements.
· Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business leaders to ensure IT strategy is fully integrated with operational goals.
Qualifications:
· Education & Experience:
o A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
o Proven experience in IT leadership specifically within a Supply Chain or Sales environment.
o Experience in Sales operations or managing sales-related IT demand is highly desirable.
· Communication Skills:
o Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
o Expertise in writing professional reports and strategic roadmaps.
· Technical & Analytical Skills:
o Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure and supply chain software ecosystems.
