What can you expect in a IT Supervisor (Asset Management) role with TaskUs: 

Think of yourself as someone who has excellent computer and analytical skills, and will be responsible for managing the administration of IT inventory, asset management, and technical service contracts and will work with IT Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with Operations regarding asset needs Ramps

• Monitors deployments and returns.

• Ensures that Operations needs are met.

• Audit all assets in IT Room - Only Assets in Servicenow tagged For Repair, For Deployment Status are allowed to be outside the storage area

• Coordinates with ITAM Supervisor - for procurement on hardware upgrade parts or repair, grooming and cabling needs. 

• Maintain inventory of IT Assets and its accuracy

• Updates and administers asset databases tracking life cycle of all assets

• Receives new hardware details and monitors procurement and deployment activities

• Perform annual inventory and spot checks on the IT Assets

• Maintain and manage IT equipment disposal strategies

• Coordinate equipment disposals with other departments, as required

• Assures guidelines for hardware maintenance agreements are followed

• Provides monthly updates and reports to IT Asset Manager 

• Supports Agile processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years' experience with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer and analytical skills

• Collaborative and organizational skills

• Strong time-management skills

• Detail oriented and highly organized

• Team player

• Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills. 

• Strategic thinking

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration, or in other related field

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel: 

• Onsite - Ortigas Office

• Day Shift
