Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Define and implement IT strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Strategic Planning: Prepare and maintain a comprehensive 3-year IT strategic plan, breaking down priorities into yearly focus topics. Ensure regular review and follow-up on the completion of strategic items.
Specialized Focus: Develop targeted strategies for reporting, analytics, and sustainability within the IT organization.
Business Partnership: Translate business needs into long-term IT plans in close collaboration with division and corporate lead function heads.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure strategic coherence with adjacent areas such as information security, technology, and application management.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine IT strategies to stay ahead of evolving business requirements.
Strategic Communication and Change Management: Actively communicate and promote the IT strategy across all teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
Languages: Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and planning capabilities to define and adapt strategic goals, offering a good understanding of the business.
Business-IT Synergy: Proven experience in integrating IT strategy with corporate vision.
Analytical Skills: Ability to document and translate complex business requirements into actionable strategic goals.
Collaborative Spirit: Skilled in stakeholder management and coordination with division and corporate lead function heads.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of information security, technology trends, and application ecosystems.
