Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with large language models (LLMs) such as Llama, ChatGPT, and other similar models. They should be proficient in the Langchain framework and have hands-on experience with vector databases like FASIS. Additionally, the candidate should have implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and have good proficiency in prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and algorithms.

• Work with LLMs such as Llama, ChatGPT, and other similar models to create new data samples, patterns, or content.

• Utilize the Langchain framework to build and optimize generative AI applications.

• Implement and manage vector databases like FASIS and other similar databases.

• Develop and implement RAG techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.

• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning technologies.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative AI.

• Proficiency in working with LLMs such as Llama, ChatGPT, and other similar models.

• Hands-on experience with the Langchain framework.

• Experience with vector databases like FASIS and other similar databases.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering

• Proven track record of implementing RAG techniques.

• Experience with Cosine similarity search

• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with reinforcement learning and human feedback mechanisms.

• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in AI development.
