Educational :
Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics).
Experience:
Should have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Job description:
Provide Windows system (Server & Client) administration & support.
Windows server/client security compliance and remediation.
Support email infrastructure built on exchange/O365 and client-side Outlook issues.
Setup and troubleshoot any issues with core infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS DHCP, File/Print services.
Support O365 services - Intune, Teams, OneDrive.
Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks.
Requirements:
Should possess at least 5-6 yrs. of relevant IT system administration experience.
Should have very good skills in Windows administration & Scripting.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft OS version Windows 10/11, Windows server 2016/2019/2022.
Should have knowledge of Infrastructure services Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
Should have working experience on O365 technologies.
Strong analytical/problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good written and verbal Communications Skills
Role :
Would be member of Core Window global system admin team
Would be required to work on Global projects & rollouts.
