IT Specialist, Saudi Arabia, Dammam, 2nd Industrial City
Primary Purpose: The purpose of this position is to plan and support the technology infrastructure needs for the Saudi Arabia Team. This support includes manufacturing systems support (hardware and software), laptops, desktops, servers, networks, security, voice, printers, desktop and business software.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary duties consist of the following:
- Planning of hardware, software assets for a given budget cycle.
- Budget requests will be reviewed by USA IT.
- Support the Musco team regarding daily IT needs for all departments.
- Implement IT standards from USA regarding implementation of new hardware or software.
- Ensure that Musco data stays protected and that can be recovered in the event of a disaster.
- Maintain computer equipment used by Team Members and Production to meet required uptime.
- Adhere to established IT Security requirements and Incident Response procedures.

- Windows Server 2019, 2022, 2025
- AutoCAD
- Sonicwall Firewall technologies
- 8x8 Cloud Phone System
- Network technologies like Wifi, Ethernet, Cat 6, Single mode fiber, TCP/IP
- Network hardware configuration and support
- Printer support
Other Special Requirements:
- On occasion may need to support the Musco Gulf Team (i.e. Abu Dhabi, Qatar) which may require travel.
- Ability to speak fluent English in addition to local Arabic language.
