We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide frontline technical support for enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, and business applications. This role supports both office and distribution center environments, ensuring reliable technology operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage and document incidents and service requests using IT service management tools.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, equipment deployments, and refresh activities.
- Assist with audio/video conferencing and meeting room technology support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment tracking, and spare parts management.
- Coordinate vendor repairs, maintenance activities, and hardware replacements.
- Support operational technology needs, including printer maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Follow IT security, compliance, and change management procedures.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
- Strong experience with Windows desktop administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware.
- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel locally (approximately 5%) as required.
- Fully onsite position based in Cookeville, TN.
- Occasional travel to nearby locations may be required.
- Flexibility to provide support during peak operational periods or after hours when needed.
