Support the review, design, and implementation of IT systems. This role is a key contributor in driving projects that align with the company’s strategic goals, including 3BB, AI Smart Home, PS-level initiatives, and other major ongoing projects.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review existing IT systems, including network, software, and hardware components, to identify errors, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with employees and department heads to gather and define system requirements to improve operational efficiency.
Design, develop, and enhance systems to address issues identified in current environments.
Prepare analysis reports, including cost-benefit assessments, for proposed system upgrades or improvements.
Support the IT team in implementing newly designed and approved systems.
Test and troubleshoot newly implemented systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
Develop and deliver user training programs and system documentation.
Execute system implementation within defined timelines and budget constraints.
Gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
Design and maintain system documentation and specifications.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability.
Manage system implementation and system integration activities.
The System Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring successful system delivery and continuous improvement in alignment with business and organizational objectives.
