Role Purpose
We are seeking an IT Specialist for our offices in Athens. If you are an enthusiastic professional with a passion for technology and wish to work in an environment that fosters continuous growth, we would be delighted to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve IT-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, network devices, mobile phones, tablets).
- Support users in their daily needs and provide training on new applications and technologies (CRM, ERP, Document Management).
- Monitor the smooth operation of networks and security systems.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure (software, hardware).
Requirements
- University or Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Apple iOS, Android, Windows Server, Synology Server, Google Workspace, Office 365, UniFi, Mikrotik routing.
- Experience in network and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Very good command of English.
- Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Synology Server.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA).
