What you’ll be doing?
- Troubleshooting for system, network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications
- Provide daily supports to end users and perform Helpdesk work tasks
- Responsible for contacts with remote IT helpdesk for more complex issues
- Prepare various documentation and perform IT inventory tracking
- Assist in E-Commerce project (web content management)
- Provide support for in-house EPR and Cut, edge & fit system
- Pro-active Knowledge exchange and collaboration with Heldesk Taiwan and Mainalnd China
- Very close collaboration with Regional APAC Team Regional Service delivery& data management
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree or above in IT related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in PC and IT helpdesk support
- Proficiency in hardware and software especially for Windows 10, iOS, MS365 and MS Teams
- Hands-on experience in supporting Windows Servers environment, Active Directory, application server
- Knowledge in SDWAN, Router, Switch, Firewall, virtualization technology is an advantage
- Knowledge on Shopfloor Systems and Yonyou U8 system is an additional advantage
- Knowledge of mobile devices such as tablets and smart phones
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- A team player with excellent communication skills
