Specific responsibilities include:
End user support – Monitor the ticket system and remedy all IT related tickets in support of the end users.
PC & Network – Install and maintain all PC and networking equipment. Schedule and complete preventative maintenance processes on all company printers. Maintain all supplies and spare equipment related to PC, printer & networking equipment.
Telecommunications – Troubleshoot, maintain and install all communication devices and software, i.e. telephones, fax machines, wiring and paging system.
Warehouse – Maintain the automated labeling system. Report any programming issues with the conveyor systems. Assist other teams where appropriate with functionality of warehouse systems.
Security– Maintain and help support both onsite and off-site building security systems such as cameras, badge system, system settings, DVR’s & users.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
2+ years hands-on experience in a similar environment working on PC desktop hardware and current Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Industry technical certifications a plus.
Schedule and Pay:
Monday – Friday 9am -5:30pm
Pay is commensurate with experience.
This is an on-site position.
