to join our remote team.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges and ensuring seamless IT operations in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to our global team.
- Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and cloud-based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer network workstations using TCP/IP protocols.
- Manage system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor and optimize network and system performance.
- Document IT procedures and support requests.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT systems and network support (entry-level candidates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Professional English level (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with remote IT tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cybersecurity or data protection.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting tools.
- Previous experience in international or remote teams.
Available Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM EST
- Monday to Friday from 1:30 AM – 9:00 PM EST
- Friday to Sunday from 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM EST
- Saturday to Monday from 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM EST
