Acerca del rol

Responsable de brindar soporte a los sistemas, infraestructura y servicios del hotel. Proveer soporte de TI a los usuarios administrativos y huéspedes. Enfocado principalmente en mantener todos los sistemas operativos con la ayuda del soporte de terceros. 

Responsabilidades

  • Mantener los servidores y computadoras actualizados con los últimos parches de seguridad.  

  • Monitorear el rendimiento y estado de los diferentes servidores y sistemas.  

  • Garantizar el funcionamiento continuo de las comunicaciones del hotel.  

  • Brindar soporte de TI al personal del hotel.  

  • Proveer soporte de TI a los huéspedes.   

  • Acompañar personal o virtualmente a los proveedores cuando sea necesario.  

  • Garantizar y establecer estándares de seguridad de la información dentro de la organización.  

  • Realizar mantenimiento a computadoras o dispositivos electrónicos.  

  • Colaborar en equipo con otros departamentos.  

  • Desarrollar relaciones interpersonales con el equipo del hotel.  

  • Identificar y brindar soluciones a problemas en el área de TI.  

Requisitos

  • Conocimiento y manejo intermedio de Windows 11, Office 365, Azure. 

  • Conocimiento de soporte de equipos de cómputo (tablet y computador) (obligatorio) 

  • Conocimiento de soporte de servidores y virtualización (deseable).

  • Conocimiento de aplicaciones hoteleras y de punto de venta (deseable) como opera y Symphony. 

  • Inglés técnico - intermedio 

  • Técnico o profesional en areas relacionadas a tecnología, telecomunicaciones, sistemas, tecnología de la información 

  • Mínimo de 1 o de experiencia en el área de TI brindando soporte a equipos de cómputo, dispositivos móviles y servicio al usuario final en la industria de la hospitalidad.

Skills Required

  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure
  • Support knowledge of computing equipment (tablet and computer)
  • Knowledge of server support and virtualization
  • Knowledge of hotel applications and point of sale systems like Opera and Symphony
  • Intermediate technical English
  • Technical or professional in technology-related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year of IT support experience in the hospitality industry
