IT Specialist (Business Analysis & Systems Integration)

Work Arrangement / Work Shift:

• Hybrid setup

• May need to support system rollouts or operational incidents outside regular working hours when necessary.

• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for building and improving system integrations, workflows, and data flow across business tools (HubSpot, TeamTailor, Monday.com, HRIS), while also supporting day-to-day IT operations as part of the IT team.

Primary focus: Systems integration and workflow automation Secondary: IT support (as part of team coverage and shadowing)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain integrations between systems

• Design workflows and automation (Zapier, Make, or any native integration, etc.)

• Fix data inconsistencies across platforms

• Gather requirements and translate into system solutions

• Work with teams (TA, CS, Sales, HR) on process improvements

• Handle IT support tickets and assist users when needed

• Support device setup, troubleshooting, and IT operations

• Document workflows, integrations, and solutions

Non-Negotiable:

• Strong in systems integration / APIs / automation

• Can translate business → system workflow

• Clear and consistent documentation

• Willing to handle IT support as part of the role

• Primary (70–80%): Integrations, workflows, process improvements

• Secondary (20–30%): IT support and operational tasks

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or IT operations.

• Experience working with business systems such as CRM, ATS, HRIS, or ERP platforms.

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Background in process improvement, workflow design, or system integration projects is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirement

• Strong organization and project coordination skills & Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
